New VFX featurette for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ further explores Electro’s creation

Sony Imageworks have released a new featurette for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 which takes a closer look at the work that went into creating Electro’s unique look in the Marc Webb helmed sequel. David Smith, Digital FX Supervisor, narrates the video below and it also contains some footage from the movie which hasn’t previously been released online. It’s clear that an awful lot of work went into bringing Electro to life on the big screen, and the visual effects for the character really were something very special to see in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
